抗生素89－07多次给予Beagle犬的毒性

摘　　要：抗生素８９－０７多次给予Ｂｅａｇｌｅ犬的毒性李培忠，郑德琪，沈伽弟，孙永立，韩铁，于文梅，沈菊英，翟文生，李先武，刘晓明（军事医学科学院毒物药物研究所，北京１００８５０）用４种不同剂量（３、１０、３０和６０ｍｇ）（ｋｇ·ｄ））的抗生素８９－０７ｉｖ给...Wistar rats were given(ip) with antibiotic 89-07 at the dose levels of 30,100 and 180mg/(kg·d) for 90d.Death was found at 180mg/(kg·d)on 17～21d afterinjection。The increases of Cre and BUN. and the decreases of RBC,Hb and HCT wereobserved at doses above 100mg/(kg·d)30d following dosing regimen。The increase inrelative kidney weight was observed in a dose-related manner at the end of the administrationperiod. The main histopathology changes were degeneration and necrosis of the renal tubularepithelium at the doses of 100 and 180mg/(kg ·d). These changes were recoverable afterstopping dosing。 No abnormality related to the test compound was observed in other tissues。The dose of 30mg/(kg·d)was the safety dose level of antibiotic 89-07 in rats。
