摘 要:通过爆破提高石灰石矿块矿率一直是熔剂石灰石矿的研究课题之一。本文结合酒泉钢铁公司西沟石灰石矿的实际进行了爆破技术诊断,指出了目前露天石灰石矿台阶深孔爆破中普遍存在的问题。论述了底部间隔装药爆破技术提高石灰石块矿率的爆破作用原理,进行了水泥砂浆小台阶模型试验,在西沟石灰石矿应用了底部间隔装药爆破技术,实现了小超深(或无超深)爆破,采用单孔顺序起爆方法,降低矿岩之间的挤压作用,有效地减缓了台阶顶部粉矿层的厚度,提高了石灰石块矿率,降低了单位炸药消耗量。Increasing limestone lump rate by blasting is one of research tasks all along. Based on the blasting diagnosis at Xigou Limestone Mine of Jiuquan Iron & Steel Co., this paper points out that at present problems in bench deep-hole blasting limestone open-pit mine everywherel describes the blasting principles for increasing limestone lump rate by bottom broken charge blasting technology. The test of small-scale bench model made from cement grout had been produced. The bottom broken charge blasting technology was used in Xigou Limestone Mine and the little overdepth (or not overdepth blasting) was realized. By this way, the single-hole sequience igniting was gone so that the squeeing action between ore and rock was decreased, the limestone lump rate was increased and the powder factor was decreased.
