摘  要:用光镜和电镜观察大鼠肾脏的衰老变化。在光镜下,老龄鼠肾小球数量减少,残余肾小球的毛细血管小叶松散,肾小囊的囊腔扩大并趋向空泡化。肾小管亦呈现老化。在电镜下,老龄鼠肾小球的变化为基膜增厚;内皮细胞窗孔分布不整齐,呈融合和数量减少;足细胞的足突融合。系膜内细胞的胞浆突缩短,粗面内质网减少及脱颗粒,趋向于纤维化。近曲小管上皮细胞亦有衰老变化。老龄鼠肾脏的上述衰老变化,可用作实验研究衰老及延缓衰老的一些指标。Aging changes of the rat kidney were observed by light and electron-microscopy. Using light microscopy, old animals showed decreasing of the number of glomeruli. Residual glomeruli showed various degrees of kidney degenerative changes. The damaged glomeruli revealed loosely arranged capillary tufts of the glomeruli, eniarged the lumen of Bowman's capsule and showed a tendency toward vacuolization. The renal tubules showed aging changes also. Using election microscopy, old animals showed the following changes in glomeruli. The basement membrane was thickened. The endothelial fenestrations were unevenly distributed, i. e. fusions and diminished in numer. There were fusions of foot processes of podocytes. The intraglomerular mesengial cells showed shortening of plasmatic processes. Their rough endoplasmtc reticulum decreased and degranulated and showed a tendency of fibrosis. The epithelial cells of the proximal tubules showed degenerated changes also. These changes were magnified in old rats. The results may suggest that the above mentioned age-related changes can be used as aging and prolonged aging indices in experimental research.
