绞股蓝皂甙对老龄大鼠学习记忆的改善作用

摘　　要：老龄大鼠连续口服绞股蓝皂甙３个月后，以跳台试验观察各鼠学习记忆过程，同时测定血清过氧化脂质和脑脂褐质含量。发现绞股蓝皂甙可明显改善老龄鼠学习记忆能力，降低血清过氧化脂质和脑脂褐质含量，说明可能是通过清除自由基机制而具有易化记忆的作用。After taking gypenosides continuously for 3 months the process of learning and memory have been observed through step-down test in aging rats and content of lipid peroxidation(LPO) in serum and lipofuscin in revealed that gypenosides can effectively improve the ability of learning and memory of the aging rats and reduce the content of LPO in serum and lipofuscin in brain. It is indicated that gypenosides facilitate memory is due to clearing away the free-radicals.
