磁处理水对小白鼠血清SOD及Lpo水平影响的实验研究

摘　　要：用磁处理水喂养小白鼠30天,测定其血清超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)及过氧化脂质(Lpo)水平。结果表明:饮用磁处理水的小白鼠血清超氧化物岐化酶含量明显高于对照组(饮用普通自来水),确能降低生物机体自由基水平,提高机体抗氧化酶活性。The mice were fed with the magnetized water for 30 days.We measured the levels of serum superoxide dismutases(SOD)and plasma lipid peroxide(LPO).The results showed that the content of serum SOD is obviously higher than that of the conrtol group in which the mice drank the common water(P<0.05) ,But the level of plasma lipid per- oxide is much lower than that of the contol group(P<0.01).These indicate that the magnetized water can reduce the levels of free radical and enhance the activities of an- tioxidase in the organism.
