苯丙氨酸逆转高血压病的前期病理变化──—遗传性心血管肥厚的研究

摘　　要：以心动超声图在高血压病患者的正常少年子女中筛选出有遗传性心脏结构及（或）功能异常的４８名。采用双盲、随机、安慰剂对照设计，经比较苯丙氨酸（１ｇ／ｄ）干预组（３３名）和对照组（１５名）於观察前及３、６月后的心超参数，发现干预组①主动脉及左心结构的肥厚与扩大缩小、左心收缩功能改善；②心搏出量和心率降低；③６月后的改善明显较３月时大，尤以结构改变为甚；④６月后心异常的逆转率达８５％，远较以β１受体阻滞剂美多心安（５０ｍｇ／ｄ）干预时的５８％高。以苯丙氨酸逆转遗传性心异常成功、为一级预防高血压病拓开了新思路。8 adolescent generations of essential hypertensivewere selected by exhibiting echocardiograph abnormal oneither inherited cardiac structural or functional,The e-chocardiographic variables were compared between inter-vente group(Phennylalanine 1 g/d, 33 sudjects) and con-trol group(15 sudjects).The study was designed in doubleblind,randomized group and placebo control,and observedbefore treatment and after 3,6months.The resultsshowed( 1 ).The hypertrophy and dilatation of ascendingaorta and left ventricular structure were regressed and thesystolic function of left heart improved;(2).The cardiacoutput and heart rates were decreased;(3).The improve-ment after 6 months was remarkable prominent especiallythe structural changes.(4).The reversion rate quite su-periorto β1─blocker as metoprolol(50mg/d)which the re-version rate was 58%. The success of the reversional in-herited cardiac disarrangements by phenylalanine wouldundoubtedly gave an new idea for the primary preventionof essential hypertensio
