臭虫与过敏性哮喘关系的临床研究

摘　　要：本文对３２０例（男性１４６例、女性１７４例）支气管哮喘病人作了１５种过敏原的皮肤试验，并对其中３６例进行了嗜碱细胞组胺释放试验（ＨＲＢＴ）和臭虫抗原特异性ＩｇＥ抗体测定。结果显示：用臭虫抗原提取液作皮肤试验阳性率达６３．１３％，ＨＲＢＴ阳性率９１．６３％，特异性ＩｇＥ抗体阳性率６６．１７％。本研究结果提示，温带臭虫抗原可能与南京地区过敏性哮喘患者发病有密切关系。kinds of allergens were used for skin test of 320 bronchial asthma patients (male 146, female 174).Among them 36 cases were tested by HRBT and Cimex antigen specific IGE antibody.The results showed that the positive rate for those who used Cimex antigen extract for skin test was 63.13%, for those tested by HRBT was 91.67%,and for those tested by specific IGE antiboy was 66.17%. This study suggests that Cimex lectularius may be closely related to the incidence of allergic asthma in Nanjing area.
