苏云金杆菌187毒杀按蚊幼虫剂型研究

摘　　要：本文报告以麦麸制作的Ｂｔ－１８７颗粒剂具有粘菌和漂浮作用，毒杀按蚊幼虫ＬＣ５０比悬乳剂低１６．９倍，室内应用２．５ｐｐｍ第１～６天按蚊幼虫死亡率为６０～１００％，稻田使用２．５ｐｐｍ１周内按蚊幼虫的相关密度指数为０．９８～３２．６。The Bt-187 floating granules was made of wheat bran.The LC50 of the formulation to controlling anopheles larvae 1:16.9,compared with that of the emulsion of Bt-187.Laboratory trials showed that the mortality was 60-100% at the dosage of 2.5 ppm.in 24 hr.to 144 hr.The RPI of Anopheles sinensis larvae was 0.98-32.6 with the formulation at the same concentration in the rice field.The persistence effect lasted 6 days in the field.
