摘　　要：云南建水锰矿近几年来通过加强管理和技术进步，使１８００ｋＶＡ电炉锰铁产量大幅度增长，技术经济指标达到冶金部特等炉和一等炉的水平，取得较好的经济效益．本文主要介绍其产量达４０００ｔ／ａ水平的节能增产措施．Through advancing management and technology, Jian Shui Manganese Mine of Yun Nan Province has achieved successes in raising productivity of ferromanganese smelt-ed by a 1800 kVA electric furnace and getting the technical and economic indexes of the pro-duction up to those of the super and first class furnaces,gaining better profitability, This ar-ticle describes the rneasures for saving energy and raising productivity in reaching a ferro-manganese output of 4000 t /a.
