摘  要:在酸性溶液中用苯胺作还原剂于室温下直接浸出氧化锰矿.锰的浸出率受还原剂量、浸出时间及矿浆液固比等因素的影响较为显著.在适宜条件下,矿石中的锰几乎可以完全被浸出到溶液中.试验还探讨了利用复合还原剂以降低费用的可能性.该工艺具有流程简单、易于实现工业化、锰的提取率高、能耗低、投资省等优点.This article reports a test result of direct leaching oxidated manganese ore un-der ambiont temperature using aminobenzene as a reductant in an acidic solution.The resultshows that there is a significant effect of the reductant dosage,leaching duration and ratio ofliquid to solid of slurry on the percentage of leached manganese and that a nearly total ex-traction of manganese in the ore can be attained under suitable conditions. The possibility ofreducing cost by means of complex reductant is discussed as well. The process employed inthe test is simple in the processing circuit:high is the extraction of manganese,low in theenergy cousumption and less in the capital investment.
