嗜肺军团菌培养物滤液对正常人T细胞的影响

摘　　要：正常人ＰＢＭ经ＬｐＶ滤液作用，ＣＤ３、ＣＤ４细胞百分率及ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８比值低于对照。ＬｐＡ滤液仅在高浓度时使ＣＤ３降低，ＬｐＶ滤液并能抑制ＰＨＡ刺激的淋巴细胞转化作用。结果提示Ｌｐ胞外产物中可能含有免疫抑制性成分。Peripheral blood mononuclear cells from 25 normal human individuals were treated with vir-ulent or avirulent culture filtrate of L. pneumophila sgl. After treating with LpV filtrate,thepercentage of CD3 and CD4 cells as well as the ratio of CD4/CD8 decreased as compared withthe controls. LpA filtrate at its highest test dose only suppressed the percentage of CD3 cells.LpV filtrate also inhibited the PHA stimulated T-lymphocyte transformation in vitro,Our re-sults suggest that some immunosuppressive or components may be included in the extracellularproducts of L. pneumophila.
