右归饮对皮质酮大鼠细胞免疫及细胞因子的影响

摘　　要：用皮质酮造成大鼠细胞免疫抑制模型，观察右归饮的调节作用，结果表明：模型大鼠免疫功能明显抑制，淋巴细胞增殖反应减弱．ＮＫＣＣ活性降低，ＩＬ－２、ＩＦＮ－Ｙ含量减少。２００％右归饮灌胃（１０ｇ／ｋｇ）后，可以有效拮抗ＣＯＲＴ对细胞免疫的抑制，体内和体外试验均可见模型大鼠淋巴细胞增殖反应加强，ＮＫＣＣ活性提高，ＩＬ－２和ＩＦＮ－γ水平也明显提高，文章对其可能作用机理作了初步分析。An experimental mdeel of the cellular immunity of rats inhibited by corticosterone(CORT)was established and then we observed the regulation of YOU GUI YIN(YG)on the cellular im-munity of rats inhibited by CORT. The results showed that the immune function was obviouslyinhibited in the model.The proliferative reaction of lymphocyte diminished and Natural-KillerCell Cytotoxicity(NKCC)decreased,The level of IL-2and IFN-γ declined,After administered200%YG(10g/kg)to the experimental group,it was found the YG could antagonised the inhi-bition of cellular immunity caused by CORT effectively. Both of the proliferative reaction of lym-phocyte and NKCC of the model raised in vivo and vitro. The level of IL-2 and IFN-γ increasedobviously in vivo.The probable mechanism of YG have been discussed in this paper。
