摘 要:26株快生型大豆根瘤菌(R.fredii)与我国25个栽培大豆品种共生试验表明:Rfredii能与我国栽培大豆有效共生,固氮酶活性(C2H4)一般在3~6nmol.L(-1).g(-1).h(-1),接种在跃进5号、山宁2号、鲁豆4号、民权圆蛋粒和上海早毛豆等品种上共生效果与慢生型大豆根瘤菌B.japonicum15006(P.R.C.005)相当或超过之。但R.fredii对大豆品种的选择性更明显,26个菌株的接种有效率平均为49%,其中15067(USDA191)为89%。4株R.fredii接种在夏大豆跃进5号、鲁豆4号和山宁2号上的田间小区实验每亩增产大豆10.6~32.1kg,增产幅度9.4%~31.4%。大田接种平均每亩增产大豆22.1kg。Symbiotic combination experiments have been conducted with 26 strains of R. fredii and 25 soybean cultivars. Symbiotic association of R. fredii and soybean cultivars in China performed effectively. the nitrogenase activity is usually 3~6nmol.L(-1).g(-1).h(-1)(C2H2).The nitrogen fixation ability of R. fredii to soybean Cultivars, Yuejin-5,Shanning-2,Ludou-4,Ludou-4,Minquan round bean, Shanghai early bean is similar or superior to that of B. japonicum 15006. Compatibility of R. fredii towards soybean cultivars is more strict than that of B. japonicum. Average nodulation rate 26 strains against 203 soybean cultivars is 49%,among which strain 15067(USDA 191) gives 89% in nodulation. Summer soybean cultivars, Yuejin 5,Ludou 4 and Shanning 2 were inoculated with 4 strains of R. fredii. The yield increase were 10.6~32.1kg per mu in Plot experiments and 22.1kg in average in fields. The seed production was increased by 9.4%~31.4%.
