摘 要:用化学发光法测定麻风病人外周血中性粒细胞(PMN)和淋巴细胞(LC)受刺激后释放氧自由基,引发化学发光的情况。与正常人比较,LL、BL活动期病人的PMN发光值均弱(P<0.05);TT、BT活动期病人的PMN发光值稍差,但其LC发光值增高(P<0.05);各型麻风愈复期病人的PMN和LC发光值与正常人近似。说明活动期病人PMN产生氧自由基功能低下,是麻风发病的主要因素。With a luminol-dependent chemiluminescence assay, assessed the function of. O produced by neutrophil (PMN ) and lymphocyte (LC) from peripheralblood of leprosy patients,after the cell to be stimulatedrespectively by OZ or Con. A. The results showed thatthe chemiluminescence of PMN and LC from the activepatients of LL. BL. (group A) was the weakest amongall groups (P< 0. 05) ; the chemiluminescence of PMNfrom the active patients of TT. BT. (group C ) wasslightly decreased, however, the hyperfunction ofchemiluminescene appeared in the LC from group C(P<0.01),as compared with that of normal subjects. Thechemiluminescence of PMN and LC from the cured patients of LL. BT. (group B) and TT. BT(group D) wassimilar to that of normal subjects (P > 0. 05). It wasproved that hypofunction of PMN from the active patients is one of important factors in leprosy pathogenesis.
