银屑病患者血清抗角蛋白自身抗体对角朊细胞的作用

摘　　要：用人表皮吸附、消耗的方法观察了银屑病患者含有与不含抗角蛋白自身抗体的ＩｇＧ对培养角朊细胞代谢活性的影响。发现抗角蛋白自身抗体的存在对角朊细胞的增生代谢具有明显的抑制作用，与抗角蛋白单克隆抗体的作用相似。提示银屑病时抗角蛋白自身抗体在表皮的沉积可能是一种继发性的保护反应，以限制病情的进展。In order to determine whether the Anti-keratin auto antibody (AK auto Ab) from psoriatic patients affects the proliferation of keratinocytes, we studied itseffect on the cultured keratinocytes. The resultsshowed that the IgG AK auto Ab,like AK McAb,hasan inhibitive effect on the proliferatoon of the culturedkeratinocytes. The inhibition of cell proliferation after48h in cultures occured at IgG concentration of 0. 1～0.5mg/ml, and showed a dose-dependent effect. Thisfinding indicates it is possible that IgG Ak auto Abplaysan important role in the regulation of keratinocyteproliferation and has limiting effect on the progression of psoriasis.
