高原不同民族人体皮肤组织的形态变化

摘　　要：格尔木地区的移居汉族和世居的哈萨克族暴露部皮肤的表皮角质层呈不全角化过度，其厚度分别为４３～９１μｍ和５５～１１３μｍ，表皮其余各层厚度分别为５０～１０７μｍ和６５～１１９μｍ。移居汉族较哈萨克族、暴露部较非暴露部表皮内有更多的黑色素颗粒；真皮层内纤维结缔组织增生致密，小血管内皮细胞增生，管壁增厚。Analysis of the correlation berween DNA content and nucleolar oranizer region(NOR) in benign and malignant skin disease was made with flow cytometric and silver staining technign tumor and precancer disease had ploidy DNA content. However the percentage of Sphase cell contribution in precancer group was significantly higher than of beningn tumor group. Analysis the correlation between DI and mean number of AgNOR per nucleus as dents of K asak in Geermu exhibited an imcomplete hyperkeratinizatian uith a thichness of 43-91um and 55-113um respectively; and the thickness of the rest cuticies is 50-107um ad 65-1119um. More melanin partcles appeared in immigrants from Han nationality that in Kasakhans and in exposed cuticles than nonexposed ones. Endotheliofiber connective tissue became more dense,endotheliocytes in small blood vessels increased and vessel walls thickened.
