摘 要:为了研究猪种对原皮质量的影响,将10头安庆猪,10头淮猪,10头大白×安太杂交猪,10头大白×长白×淮杂交猪,10头长白×大白×安庆杂交猪在相同的饲养条件下养到上市体重进行屠宰。宰后对各种猪原皮的大小、重量、皮褶、皮厚、毛的密度和直径作了测定。统计分析表明,原皮名参数的品种间差异显著。安庆猪的皮重为6.7±1.3千克,皮重率14.1±2.6%,皮褶11.6±4.3个,明显地高于长白×大白×安庆杂交猪的相应数据(4.1±0.4千克,6.5±0.8%,0)。 地方品种(如安庆猪和淮猪)大多比杂交猪的皮更发达,这种原皮的品种间差异是值得养猪界和制革界人士考虑的。For investigating the influence of swine breed on raw rind quality ,Anchin.Hui , Large White × Anchm, Large White× Landrace × Hui, Landrace × Large, White × Anchm , each of 10, were reared at the same nutrition level and slaughtered at the corresponding market weight. The size, weight,skin fold,thickness, hair density and hair diameter of each rind were measured.Statistically the results showed significant differences in the rind parameters among the breeds. The rind weihgt ( 6.7±1.3Kg),the rind weight % (14.1±2.6%)and the skin fold (11.6 ±4. 3) were much higher for Anchin than those (4. 1±0. 4Kg.6. 5 ±0. 8% , 0. respectively ) for Landrace × Large. While X Anchin. Generally the native breeds (Anchin and Hui ) had more developed skin than the crossbreds. The rind differences of swine breed are suggested to be considered by both pig producers and tanners.
