须恙螨感染流行性出血热病毒的实验研究

摘　　要：本实验研究从疫区流行性出血热病毒（ＥＨＦＶ）抗原阳性鼠体所带的须恙螨［Ｌｅｐｔｏｔｒｏｍｂｉｄｉｕｍ（Ｌ，）ｐａｌｐａｌｅ］幼虫中分离到１株ＥＨＦＶ；另从叮刺吸食感染ＥＨＦＶ小鼠体液的游离须恙螨幼虫中也分离到１株ＥＨＦＶ。表明须恙螨幼虫能感染ＥＨＦＶ，具有ＥＨＦ传播媒介的先决条件，为进一步研究须恙螨传播ＥＨＦ的作用提供了依据。In this study,a strain of epidemic haemorrhagic fever virus(FHFV)was isolated from larvae of L. palpale collected from EHFV antigen positive rats captured in EHF endemic areas;and another strain of EHFV was also isolated from free larvae of L palpale which had sucked the body fluid of mice infected with EHFV. These results indicated that:larvae of L, palpale could be infected by EHFV;possess the prerequisite for transmission of EHF;offer an important basis in further proving the transmitting relationship between L. palpale and EIIF.
