卫氏并殖吸虫病患者细胞免疫功能变化的观察

摘　　要：本文检测Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群数、淋巴细胞转化试验、白细胞介素２活性，对卫氏并殖吸虫病患者治疗前后细胞免疫功能进行观察。结果显示：ＣＤ３、ＣＤ４、ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８值降低；淋巴细胞转化受抑；白细胞介素２活性降低。吡喹酮治疗后１个月，检测上述指标，无明显改变。揭示卫氏并殖吸虫感染可导致人体细胞免疫功能的抑制。Cellular immune of patients with Paragonimus Westermai was studied.The result showed that the number of T cell(OKT3) and Thh(OKT4) were decreasing,leading to a drop of the Th/Ts(OKT8) ration.The level of interleukin-2 was low and lymphocyto transformation was controlled.Patients were treated with Praziqatel.A month later,the result was similar to the former.
