摘  要:用7种抗生素对44株临床分离的幽门螺杆菌(H.p)进行耐药性研究,并时其中19株H.p进行质粒检测,发现H.p对氨苄青霉素及痢特灵敏感,对庆大、氟哌酸等5种抗生素出现不同程度耐药现象。质粒检出率为31.6%,质粒与本试验所用抗菌素耐药性无关。研究还发现亚抑菌浓度抗生素可引起H.p发生球形变,本文对H.p的球形变现象及其与耐药性关系进行探讨。In this study, 44 H. pylori strains were isolated from fresh gastric biopsy specimens for their plasmids and drug-resistance to seven antibiotics. The results showed that H. pylori were sensitive to Ampicillin and Furazolidone, while resistant to other five antibiotics at various degrees. Plasmids were detected in 6 out of 19 H. pylori strains (31% ), and relative analysis revealed that plasmid was not associated with drug-resistance. In addition. H. pylori turned to coc-coid form after incubation on agar containing sub-MIC of antibiotic. The author also discussed the relationship between coccoid H. pylori and drug-resistance.
