治愈烧伤面积100%(Ⅲ度50%)并绿脓杆菌败血症一例

摘　　要：本文报告成功治愈高温碱液烫伤总面积100％（Ⅲ度50％）并绿脓杆菌败血症及消化道出血一例，作者对抗休克输液、创面处理、败血症的防治等进行了讨论．提出了深Ⅱ度以上创面采用手术切（削）痂结合烧伤湿润膏（MEHO）外用的方法可以有效地控制感染，达到尽快修复创面的目的。A Patient fell into an alkaline sewage pooI at 88℃for 4 to 5 seconds and was scalded to 100%BSA. Af-te r the patient was admitted to our hospital, the burnwounds of head, neck, perineal and buttock weretreated with MEBT, while wounds of four extremitiesand trunk treated with dry therapy. 9 days after in-jury, the patient was complicated by Ps. aeruginosasepticemia and stress digestive tract ulcer with mas-sive hemorrhage. The complications were controlledeffectively by treating with traditional Chinesemedicine in combination with western medicine in 3days. After that the deep degree wound was auto-grafted with free skin graft. All wounds healed in 54days after injury. No hypertrophic scar had formedand no deformity had occurred after healing. The au-thors summarize their experience on the managementof deep degree burn wounds.
