摘　　要：烧伤创面的处理是整个烧伤治疗过程中最重要的一环、各医疗单位近年来在烧伤创面的处理上不断改进方法和用药。本文作者就国内在烧伤创面的处理进展上作了大量的收集整理，就手术适应症的扩大、植皮技术的进展、创面的外用药等方面，从不同的角度分析和归纳了我国烧伤创面处理的研究进展，以及现状、预测。特别是作者还重点分析总结了我国烧伤湿性医疗技术，并深刻地认识到烧伤湿性医疗技术是将中医学与现代医学两套理论相结合而产生的新型烧伤医学治疗体系。根据MEBT的理论基础和临床实践，可归为几大特点：（1）MEBO涂于创面治疗烧伤，从方法上看是一种创面外用药。但它与传统的创面外用药有着本质上的不同；（2）MEBO使烧伤创面由表入里地无损伤性地自动液化排除烧伤创面坏死组织；（3）正确使用MEBO．能达到引流目的：（4）较好地隔离和保护创面最大限度地防止和免除细菌感染；（5）保证了创面组织持续性供药。烧伤创疡医药学是按中国传统医学理论的理、法、方、药的辨证规律而提出的这种医学理论正被全国广大医学界所公认，并已走向世界，它势必向更深入、更广泛、更全面的方向发展。Burn wound management is a key link in thetreatment of burns. This paper summarizes the recentprogress in burn wound management in China. The in-dication of surgical operation and skin grafting, drugsfor topical use on burn wounds and other new researchachievements are discussed. The authors focused onthe analysis of MEBT and concluded that MEBT is anew therapeutic system of burn medicine which com-bines the theory of traditional Chinese medicine andmodern medicine. MEBT has the following merits: 1.MEBO is a drug for topical use, but it has characteris-tic features that other traditional drugs do not have.2. MEBO promotes liquefaction and removal ofnecrotic wound tissue, from superficies to deeperparts of the wound, without causing new damage. 3.MEBO promotes adequate drainage. 4. It covers andtherefore, protects the wounds from infections. and5. MEBO provides a continuous supply of drug on thewounds. MEBT is based on the dialectical law of tra-ditional Chinese medicine and is now widely acceptedin China. MEBT will be widely popularized all over theworld in a near future.
