摘　　要：通过我院1989～1991年与1992年两组烧伤住院病人采用不同治疗方法的对比观察中发现，MEBT比传统治疗方法有诸多优越性：1.明显提高治愈率，在医疗条件简陋的边远地区，该法仍不失为一种实用有效的好方法。2．明显减少烧伤后遗症的发生。3.对面部浅Ⅱ°烧伤愈后有美容效果。In the period from 1989 to 1991, burn patientswere treated in our hospital with conventional drytherapy and after 1992, patients were treated withMEBT. A comparison between the efficacy of the twomethods revealed that MEBT is superior to conventional dry therapy in many aspects: Firstly, the healing rate was increased obviously. In remote and ruralareas where modern medical facilities are stilI Iack-ing, MEBT can be widely accepted as a practical andeffective means for treating burns. Secondly, MEBTreduced the occurrence of sequel of burns and thirdly,MEBT had aesthetic effect in treating superficial second degree burns in face.
