摘 要:本文以烧伤感染中3种常见细菌即绿脓杆菌,金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌分别建立大白鼠大面积三度烧伤感染模型。于伤后第一,三、五、七、九天各组处死6只以上大白鼠.行心血培养.创面组织活检和组织匀浆细菌定量培养。经比较表明,组织匀浆细菌定量培养能较准确地反映创面组织内细菌种类和含量。据创面组织内细菌含量的动态变化,可以预示侵袭性感染的发生、发展,为烧伤侵袭性感染的预防、早期诊断、早期治疗提供有效信息。敌本文认为组织匀浆细菌定量对烧伤侵袭性感染的检测有一定应用价值。The burn wound invasive infection model was established in rats by comtamination of 20% body surface area of full - thickness burn, respectively withPseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus andE. coli .the common bacteria inducing burn wound in-fections. on the 1st, 3rd, fifth, 7th and 9th day afterburn, 6 or more rats in each group were killed. Theheart blood was aspirated for blood cuIture immedi-ately. Burn wound examinations including quantitativebacteria culture and biopsy were performed in dividedburn wound tissue specimens. The results showedthat the bacteriaI quantitation was more reliabIe in re-fIecting the quality and quantity of bacteria invadinginto burn wound tissue. Burn wound invasive infectionmay be inferred on the basis of the bacteria quantityin the tissue. Therefore, bacterial quantitation was ofpractical value for the prevention, early diagnosis andtreatment of burn wound invasive infection.
