应用不同药物治疗头面部Ⅱ度烧伤125例比较分析

摘　　要：对125例头面部Ⅱ度烧伤，采用暴露1：2000洗必汰清洗创面，外涂磺胺嘧啶银（SD－Ag），磺胺嘧啶锌（SD－Zn），烧伤药膜和单纯洗必汰清洗，不涂烧伤外用药进行疗效比较。结果表明：头面部愈合由快到慢依次是单纯洗必汰清洗7．2天，涂SD－Zn8．5天，烧伤药膜9天，SD—Ag9．2天，单纯洗必汰清洗创面愈合快于外涂药物，差异有显著性（P＜0．05）。创面感染率由低到高依次是单纯洗必汰清洗，无1例感染，涂SD－Ag15．4％，烧伤药膜13．9％，SD－Zn17．5％，单纯洗必汰清洗创面感染率低于涂SD－Zn差异有高度显著性（P＜0．01），低于涂烧伤药膜和SD－Ag，差异有显著性（P＜0．05）。125 cases of craniofacial second degree burnwere divided into four groups and were treated re-spectively by:1. washing with chIorhexidine (1: 2, 000), fol-lowed by external application of SD -Ag ointment.2. washing with chlorhexidine (1: 2, 000), fol-lowed by SD-Zn.3. washing with chlorhexidine, followed by burnwound-pack.4. washing with chlorhexidine alone.A comperison between the results of the fourgroups:Wound healing timeChlorhexidine washing alone=7. 2 daysChlorhexidine + SD-Zn=8. 5 daysChlorhexidine + wound-pack= 9 daysChlorhexidine + SD-Ag= 9. 2 daysThe group treated with chlorhexidine washingaIone had the shortest healing time.
