摘　　要：为评价甲壳素对双氯灭痛的药效影响,本文以扶他林25为对照,考察了甲壳素-双氯灭痛缓释片的抗炎作用。结果表明:缓释片与对照品均对角叉菜胶诱发的SD大鼠足爪肿胀和对SD大鼠棉球肉芽肿有显著的抑制作用,但缓释片的药效维持时间较长。In order to evaluate the effect of chitin on diclofenac sodium activity, the paper taking Voltaren 25 as the contrastive drug investigated the anti-inflammatory activity of the sustained-release tablet of diclofenac sodium-chitin(SRDSC). The result showed that SRDSC and Vataren 25 equally possessed significantly inhibiting the paw edema induced by carrageenin and the granuloma induced by cotton pellet in SD rats, but the drug effective time maintained by SRDSC was longer than that of Votaren 25.
