摘　　要：甲壳素po小鼠剂量为 80mg/kg和 160mg/kg（相当于推荐临床剂量的 20～40 倍和40～80倍）,观察给药前后不同时间小鼠的自发活动和爬竿行为,结果表明此剂量对小鼠的神经系统无明显影响。Chitin was given po in mice and the dosage supplied was 80mg/kg and 160tng/kg which was equivalent to 20-40 times and 40-80 times recommended clinical dosage. The spontaneous activity and pole-climbing action were observed at different time before and after administration of chitin. The result indicated that there was no obviously effective on mice nervous system.
