摘　　要：对以甲壳素作为缓释剂双氯灭痛缓释片的急性毒性进行研究,经小鼠口服实验显示缓释片的LD_(50)95％可信限为 229.69～304.96 mg/kg。该值高于肠溶衣片。说明其毒性降低,更有利于临床应用。The paper studied the acute toxicity of sustained- release tablet of diclofenac sodium (SRDS) using chitin as sustained release agent. The experiment of oral administration in mice showed that its LD.n 95 54 confidence value was 229. 69 - 304. 96 mg/kg which is higher than that of the enteric-coated tablets. The result indicated the SRDS was more benefit for clinical usage.
