摘　　要：研究了药用胰酶经不同辐照剂量的^（60）Co-γ射线辐照灭菌的效果及其对酶活力的影响,测定了灭菌后不同贮藏时间的酶活力及灭菌效应,得到最佳辐照灭菌剂量为8kGy。We have studied the bactericidal effects of various radial dosages of 'Co-r ray on pancre-atin and the influence of dosages on the enzymic activities. After radiation, both the enzymic activities and the bactericidal effects were determined during the different stages of storage, and the optimal radial dosage was obtained as 8 kGy.
