摘  要:应用康氏木霉制剂后,分析测定棉花和菜豆幼苗的几个生理生化指标变化,结果表明:棉花幼苗的光合作用增强,呼吸作用不变,叶绿素含量增加;菜豆和棉花幼苗利用氮素能力增强,菜豆幼苗过氧化物酶及其同功酶活性降低。Some physiological and biochemical properties of cotton and kidney bean seedl ings were determined after the preparation of Trichoderma koningii was ap plied. The result showed that photosynthesis and content of chlorophyll of cot ton seedlings were enhanced, but there was no change in respiration intensity. With application of the preparation, utilization efficiency of nitrogen fertiliz er to both cotton and kidney bean seedlings was increased, while the activities of superoxidase and isoenzymes of kidney bean seedlings were reduced, resulting in a higher resistance to diseases.
