摘 要:用剂量为250Gy的60Coγ射线辐照处理野蚕蛹,可使野蚕雌蛾达到全部绝育,雄蛾当代呈亚不育状态,其F1代的雌雄蛾则表现为全不育。在田间释放经不育处理的野蚕蛹,应选择在桑树夏伐后的第一代幼虫开始全面化蛹时,连续释放至第二代幼虫全面化蛹为止。按不育虫与野生虫之比为201的比例连续分批释放,释放区第二代的防治效果可达77.21%,第三代(越冬代)达82.35%,成功地抑制了田间野蚕自然种群的增长。The female moths were sterile and the male were sub sterile after they we re treated with 250 Gy 60 Co gamma rays. Their filial generations was st erile. The suitable period of releasing sterile moths in fields was from the first peak of pupal stage to the second peak of pupal stage in the field. T he control effectiveness of the second and the third generation was 77.21% and 82. 35%, respectively in field after the sterile moths were released at a propo rtion of 20∶1 between sterile insect and natural one. The test showed a succe ss on controlling the wild silkworm population in the field. It could reduce a loss of the leaf product about 10%.
