定殖于大豆胞囊线虫的淡紫拟青霉生物学特性研究

摘　　要：通过对定殖大豆胞囊线虫上的２０个淡紫拟青霉菌株的形态观察及培养特性研究，结果表明：所有供试菌株的菌落特性，瓶梗和分生孢子形态及大小基本一致；生长温度在１５～３５℃之间，最适生长温度和最适产孢温度为２５～３０℃；含量１０×１０－６的多菌灵在１周内抑制所有供试菌株生长，１周后可适应而生长。The morphology, cultural characteristics and tolerance to carbendazin of 20 i solates of Paecilomyes lilacinus associated with the cyst of Heterodera g lycines were tested. The result showed that there is slight but not significa nt difference among isolates in their morphology of colonies, phialides and coni dia, optimum temperature for growing and sporulating and carbendazin tolerance. The optimum temperature for growth and sporulation is 25～30℃. The growth of isolates is strikingly inhibited by carbendazin at 10×10 -6 within the firs t week but not within the second week of culture.
