人绒毛膜促性腺素（HCG）高分子生物活性膜的研制及其在HCG测定中的应用

摘　　要：本文对固定ＨＣＧ抗体的醋酸纤维素（ＣＡ）生物活性膜的制造和在ＨＣＧ测定中的应用进行了研究。采用乙二胺、丁二胺、己二胺和癸二胺等烷基二胺与戊二醛的缩合产物作机械掺杂物，以引进可与蛋白质分子耦联的活性基因。掺入己二胺的缩合产物的ＣＡ生物活性膜具有稳定的物理性能、高的生物活性（５５％—６０％）和快的电化学响应速度（２－５ｍｉｎ）。用此膜构成的酶免疫传感器与放射免疫法测定ＨＣＧ的结果相比，两者具有良好的相关性。This article deals with the preparations of the biologically activemembrance of ccllulose actates t (CA) immobilizing humanchorionic gonadotropin (HCG) and the application of the membraneto measurement of HCG.The condensation products of cthylene-diamine, tetrafnethylenediamine, hexamethylenediamine and deca-methylenediamine with glutaraldehyde were mixed into the CAmembrane to introduce active groups which were able to coupleproteins.The biologically active CA membrane mixed the productof hexamethylenediamine is of stable physical properties, strong bio-logical activity ( 55%-60% ) and rapid response rate to electrochemistry(2-5min).Emzyme-immunosensor constructed by the active CA membraneand utilized to determine HCG and gave a good correlation with rad-ioimmunoassay.
