摘 要:三株病毒用不同方法制备的疫苗,免疫家兔后都能诱导产生免疫荧光抗体(IF)。其中Z10和L99株用细胞冻融以β-丙内酯灭活制备的疫苗还可以测到HI抗体。以β-丙内酯灭活的疫苗所产生的中和抗体,以Z10株最高(1:80~1:160),L99株较低(1:10),而LR1株未测出。但三株病毒感染的细胞培养上清液,用两种灭活剂均未产生HI或NT抗体。Immune fluoroscence antibodies were induced by immunizing rabbits with epidemic hemorrhagic fever vaccine prepared with 3 strains (Z10, L99, and LR1 ) of virus by various methods. HI antibodies could be found in the rabbits administered with the vaccines prepared with virus strains Z10, and L99, and inactivated by β-propiolactone. The neutralizing antibody (NT) titers were 1: 80~1: 160 and 1: 10 respectively in the rabbits received Z10 and L99 vaccines inactivated with β-propiolactone, but could not be detected out in those received LR, vaccine inactivated with the same inactivator. However, neither HI nor NT antibody was detected out in the culture supernate of cells infected with the 3 strains of virus and regardless of inactivators (β-propiolactone or formalin) used.
