乙型脑炎狗肾细胞活疫苗的人体接种观察

摘　　要：乙型脑炎狗肾细胞14－2PDK-CD株活疫苗于甘肃省武威市（非流行区）45人．接种观察表明，反应轻微，且抗体应答良好．疫苗接种后仅有4．65％的儿童出现低热反应（37．1～37.3℃），48～72小时后消失．儿童接种1针（0．5ml）后其抗体效价≥1∶5者占92．9％、≥1∶10者占42．9％；次年加免1针后，血清中和抗体效价百分之百上升至≥1∶10，GMT为29．3±1．44。成人接种1针（1．0ml），其抗体效价即上升至≥1∶10．与同时进行的乙型脑炎地鼠肾细胞14－2HK株活疫苗比较，其结果均无明显差异，表明两株活疫苗的免疫原性相似。The clinical trial of Japanese encephalitis live vaccine prepared with strain 14-2PDK-CD cultured in dog kidney cells was carried out in Wuwei City, Gansu Province (non-epidemic area). Good immune response and mild adverse reaction were observed. Low fever (37. 1~37.3℃) lasted 48~ 72 hours was found in 4. 65% of the children immunized with the vaccine. The serum neutralizing antibody titers of 92. 5% of the children reveived a dose (0. 5ml) of vaccine reached≥1: 10, and the GMT of them was 29. 3. The serum neutralizing antibody titers of the adults received a dose (1.0ml) of vaccine were≥1: 10. As compared with the JE vaccine prepared with strain 14-2HK cultured in hamster kidney cells, the immunogenicity showed no remarkable difference.
