摘　　要：用氨基酸测试仪分析重组CHO细胞分泌rHBsAg过程中氨基酸的浓度，发现氨基酸的消耗有一定的规律性，其中以丝氨酸、脯氨酸、组氨酸、谷氨酸、亮氨酸、赖氨酸、异亮氨酸消耗较快。The amino acids concentration during the secretion of rHBsAg by recombi-nant CHO cells was anaysed with analytical instrument. The result proved that the consump-tion of amino acids during the growth and metabolism of CHO cells showed a definite regu-larity. Of all the amino acids, serine, proline, histidine, glutamine, leucine, lysine andisoleucine were consumed more rapidly than the others.
