α型基因工程干扰素栓剂治疗宫颈糜烂的临床研究

摘　　要：采用α型基因工程干扰素（rIFN－α）栓剂宫颈局部连续用药，治疗中重度宫颈糜烂120例，并以洗必泰栓及CO2激光治疗作为对照。结果表明，治疗组痊愈率、显效率及有效率均明显高于对照组（P＜0．01）。在治疗组中，使用5×105IUrIFN－α栓剂者的上述指标明显高于使用1×105IU栓剂者（p＜0．005）。采用5×105IUrIFN－α治疗后，人巨细胞病毒（HCMV）阴转率与疗效呈正相关。120 cases of Ⅱ～Ⅲ°cervical erosion were treated by continuous local adminis-tration of TFN - α suppository,using Hibitane suppository of CO2 laser as control. The resultshowed that the cure,cexellent effective and effective rates of the treated group were signifi-cantly higher than those of control. In the treated group,however,the above mentioned cura-tive indexes of the cases received 5×105 IUrFN -α were significantly higher than those re-ceived 1 ×105 IU, In addition, the human cytomegalovirus (HCMV)conversion rate of themshowed a paraller relationship with curative effects.
