应用ELISA与中和试验测破伤风抗毒素的比较

摘　　要：用ELISA间接法测得的TT，DT．DTP免疫豚鼠后的破伤风毒素水平，与用中和试验所得结果之间有很好的相关性。ELISA毒素结合抑制法测得的标抗、马抗TT血清、DTP免疫的豚鼠血清的抗毒素水平与中和毒素试验所得结果之间也有很好的相关性。ELISA方法简单、经济，结果可靠，适于检测破伤风抗毒素水平。The tetanus antitoxin levels of guinea pigs immunized with TT,DT and DTP were detected by indirect ELISA and compared with those by toxin neutralization test (TNT). The result showed good correlation between them. The good correlation was also observed between the tetanus antitoxin levels (standard anti-TT, horse anti-TT serum and guinea-pigs serum immunized with DTP) detected by toxin binding inhibition ELISA and TNT. The authors indicated that ELISA was simple, enconomical, reliable and suitable for the detection of tetanus antitoxin level.
