摘 要:利用JeffGorman建立的用抗新城疫病毒(NDV)膜蛋白特异多肽抗体鉴别强弱毒株的方法,对国内的Ⅰ系、Ⅱ系、LaSota和两株分离毒进行了毒力分析。结果证明,上述毒株的毒力顺序为:Ⅰ系>Ⅱ系和LaSota>V4(澳大利亚弱毒疫苗株)>临床分离株(青岛)。其结论为:Ⅰ系毒株与澳大利亚维多利亚分离株(AV)的F2蛋白片段有类似的氨基酸序列,属中发型毒株。虽然Ⅱ系和LaSota比V4和临床分离株(青岛)毒力稍强,但认为这4株均为缓发型毒株。该方法敏感、特异,结果精确可靠,不仅可用于临床分离野毒的致病性分析,而且也可用于疫苗株研究中毒力的评价。Five Strains of NDV(Ⅰ,Ⅱ, La Sota,NDC and G strains)were anal- ysed by the method of antipeptide antibodies against NDV membrane glycoprotein devel- oped by Gorman. The results showed their virulence in the following order,Ⅰ> Ⅱ and La Sota>V4>NDC, suggesting that Ⅰ strain had the similar AA sequence with the F2 fragment of Australian Victorian strain(AV)and is a mesogenic pathotype strain,Al- though the Ⅱ strain and La Sota are more virulent compared with the V4 and NDC,all the 4 strains are the lentogenic pathotype strains. The method is sensitive and specific and its results are exact and reliable. It can be applied both in the analysis of field iso- lates for their pathogenicity and in the evaluation of virulence of expectant vaccine Strains.
