摘  要:本文报导了采用性能优异的液晶高分子(LCP)与PTFE进行共混,通过常规的模压烧结工艺制备PTFE/LCP1和PTFE/LCP2两种合金,并详细研究其组成(LCP含量)、LCP粒径、第三组份石墨等诸因素及加工工艺(烧结温度)对合金性能的影响,以及在实验条件下的最佳工艺条件。实验结果表明,在LCP含量为10wt%的情况下,PTFE/LCP合金与纯PTFE相比,其耐磨性能可提高近100倍,并高于国外专利报导的同种合金的耐磨性能。This paper discribes the preparation of two types fo composites from liquidcrystal polymers(LCP)and polytetrafluroethylene(PTFE) by blent and conventional compression-sintering, and studies on effects of many factors, such as LCP content, LCP particle size, graphite content, etc, and processing technology (sintering temperature) on the properties of composites and the optimum technological parameters under experimental conditions. The experimental results showthat the wear-resistance of PTFE/LCP composites with 10 wt% LCP is about100 times higher than that of pure PTFE.Moreover,the wear-resistance ishigher than that of the same composite reported by a foreign patent.
