摘　　要：本文作者采用热膨胀系数测定方法和电子探针元素分析方法,从热膨胀系数的角度对膨胀珍珠岩基搪瓷釉面砖的坯釉适应性进行了初步研究,明确了该制品出现釉面裂纹的主要原因,并提出了改进措施。Adoptting thermal expansion coefficient determination and EPMA, the paper studied the fitness between the enamel and body in expanded pearlite tile from thermal expansion coefficient angle. The cause of formation the glaze cracks in the material was definiteed. The corresponding measures to improve the quality of the product were put forward.
