摘 要:给链脲佐菌素诱导的糖尿病模型大鼠以超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),观察其自由基代谢改变。结果显示:糖尿病模型大鼠血和胰腺组织中LPO、MDA水平升高,T-SOD、Cu-Zn-SOD水平低下,和正常对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.01)。用SOD后,LPO、MDA水平下降,T-SOD、Cu-Zn-SOD水平上升,和未用药组相比有显著性差异(P<0.01)。而且SOD大剂量比小剂量作用更明显。结果表明,SOD对改善糖尿病模型大鼠自由基代谢异常有作用。Superoxide dismutase(SOD) was given to diabetic model rat induced by streptozocin.The results showed that compared with control group, the levels of MDA, LPO were higher in diabetic model groups.T-SOD, Cu-Zn-SOD were lower,P<0.01.After administration of SOD, the levels of MDA,LPO decreased in diabetic model groups.T-SOD, Cu-Zn-SOD increased P<0. 01, and the effect of highdose -SOD was more significant than that of low-dose-SOD. Our results showed that SOD might be effective on metabolism of free radicals in diabetic model rat.
