摘  要:观察了实验性糖尿病大鼠早期肾功能、RA系统和前列腺素的改变,发现在糖尿病形成8天后尿蛋白排泄量明显增加,用Captopril后与正常对照组无差异。GFR和RPF明显增加,用Captopril或消炎痛后与正常组无差异。血浆肾素活性和血管紧张素Ⅱ浓度明显减低,用Captopril后血浆肾素活性与正常组无差异,但血管紧张素Ⅱ浓度仍继续减低。尿中PGE2、6-keto-PGF1α和TXB2排泄明显增加,用消炎痛后降低至正常水平以下。上述结果提示RA系统和前列腺素均参与了糖尿病早期肾脏高功能状态的形成。The changes of renal function, RA system and prostaglandins in early STZ-induced diabetic rats were studied. The results showed that the urinary protein excretion increased markedly,but lowered after captopril treatment as in normal rats. The GFR and RPF increased significantly, but decreased after captopril or indomethacin treatment as in control group.The plasma renin activity and angiotensin Ⅱ concentration reduced significantly, but the plasma renin activity increased after captopril as in control group while angiotensin Ⅱ concentration decreased continuously in those diabetic rats after captopril.Urinary PGE2, 6-keto-PGF1 and TXB2 excretion raised markedly in early diabetic rats and decreased below normal levels after indomethacin treatment. These results suggest that both RA system and prostaglandins participate in the development of kidney hyperfunction state in early STZ-induced diabetic rats.
