不孕不育患者解脲脲原体菌株血清型别的检测

摘　　要：本文以解脲脲原体（ＵＵ）标准菌株１～１４型免疫家兔，获得ＵＵ１～１４型抗血清。用ＩＤＴ法对４８株自不孕不育患者分离的地方株作分型试验。结果在１．２．４．５．６．７．８和１２血八个清型中出现强阳性反应，其中４型最多。另有４株混合型。对四种血清型（９．１１．１３．１４）无反应。soecific antisera to the 1 through 14 serotypes of correspondingstandard strains of UU were obtained with immunization to rabbits.with these antisera, serotyping of 48 UU strains isolated fromvdrious infertile patients in local area were performed by the methodof IDT. The results of IDT showed that the strong positive reactionmainly appeared in 8 serotypes among these 48 local UU strains,they were type;1,2,4,5,6,7, 8 and 12 respectively,the mist wastype 4.In addition, 4 strains of them were found strong cross-reac-tivity. None of 4 serotypes(9,11,13,14)were abserved in theselocal strains.
