摘　　要：小剂量顺铂连续静脉滴注加静脉注射丝裂霉素治疗恶性上腔静脉综合征１９例。完全缓解１７例，有效率８９．４％；缓解者中最短存活半年，最长已存活１年来复发。其中８例患者治疗第１天后自觉颜面部肿胀减轻，７～１０天上腔静脉综合征消失，化疗３个疗程后纵隔及肺部肿块明显缩小，腔静脉受压及癌栓消失。此法副作用较轻，未见肾、耳毒性和骨髓抑制不良反应，少数患者可引起肌酐、尿素氮升高、一般停药后可自愈。We treated 19 patients with malignant superior ve-na cava syndrome by continuous intravenous drip of lowdosage of cisplatin. of the 19 patients,17 were complete-ly remitted with a remission rate of 89.4%。 All patientslived at least half a year after the treatment and somelived one year without relapse. Abatement of facial ede-ma was seen in 8 patients on the first day of the therapyand the superior vena cave syndrome disappeared after 7-10 days of the treatment.The mediastinal and pul-monary masses,the compression of superior vena cavaand the markedly shrunk cancerous emboli disappearedafter three courses of chemical therapy. Side effects wererelatively mild,and nephrotoxicity,ototoxicity and bonemarrow inhibition were not seen in the treatments.In afew patients,serum creatinine and BUN wewe elevatedbut usually returned to normal after withdrawal of themedication.
