摘  要:以大肠杆菌为模拟菌,应用吖啶橙荧光显微镜直接计数法(AODC),比较了国产硝酸纤维膜和进口聚碳膜对细菌的计数效果。实验结果表明,国产硝酸纤维膜与进口聚碳膜在统计学上无明显差异,而且价廉、经济,完全能替代进口聚碳膜。With Escherichia coli as a model, we made a comparison of domestic cellulose membrane with imported polycarbonate membrane for bacteria by acridine orange direct count. The result showes that the count efficiency is not statistically different between the two membranes though the imported polycarbonate membrane gives a little bit more clear bacterial picture than the domestic cellulose membrane under epifluorescence microscope. The domestic cellulose membrane can substitute for the imported polycarbonate membrane for total bacterial counts considering its much cheaper price in our country.
