吗丙嗪对细胞膜钙调蛋白和对细胞膜保护作用的研究

摘　　要：比较吗丙嗪与西亚胺对小鼠血液中血红蛋白含量、兔红细胞膜抗低渗能力及细胞膜钙调蛋白的影响。发现二者对小鼠血红蛋白的影响相近；对兔红细胞膜抗低渗破裂的作用，吗丙嗪强于西亚胺；吗丙嗪还具有抑制细胞膜钙调蛋白的作用。The comparison of the effectsof probimane with razoxane on bloodhemoglobin content,antihemolysis ability and calmoduline activity of rabbit red blood cells was made in this study.The experiments showed that the effect of probimane on blood hemoglobin content was almost the same as that of razoxane at the same lethal dosage.But the inhibitory effect of Probimane on hemolysis was stronger than that of razoxane.In addition,probimane also possessed inhibitory effect on cell calmoduline.
