卫生器材灭菌挂车的研制

摘　　要：８８Ｓ－卫生器材灭菌挂车配有可用于预真空压力蒸汽灭菌或环氧乙烷灭菌的灭菌器。整个灭菌过程采用程序自动控制。在环境温度为４０℃或－１９℃的条件下，设备能正常运转。灭菌后物品经抽真空与无菌空气清洗处理，残留环氧乙烷可被有效清除。The performance of the main equipment of the 88S-Trailer for Sterilization of MedicalSupplies and Equipment and the results of examination of its sterilization efficacy are re-ported. The sterilizer equipped can be used for autoclaving or sterilization by ethylene oxide.The whole course of sterilization was controlled automatically by program. Under prevacuum(- 85 kPa)condition, either autoclaving at 121℃C for 20 min or using mixture of ethylene oxideand Freon-12 at 52～58C℃ for 3 hours(ethylene oxide 800 g/m￣3 in the chamber)or pureethylene oxide 2000 g/m￣3 at 27～33℃ for 2 hours could perfectly sterilize fully loaded dres-sing packs. The equipment in the trailer can operate normally and stably at environmentaltemperature of 40℃ or-19℃, The residual ethylene oxide absorbed by the sterilized articlescan be removed effectively by vacuumizing and washing with filtrated sterile air.
