大输液灭菌效果的研究

摘　　要：作者在大输液灭菌时进行了试验测定。结果，柜室各点温度基本一致，仅近进汽口处温度略高，近排汽口处略低；不同类型灭菌器柜室达到灭菌温度所需时间不同；瓶内液体达到灭菌温度所需时间较柜室者长，并因灭菌器类型与药液量而异，因此所需灭菌时间亦不同。In order to raise the success rate of sterilization,the following relevant aspects were inves-tigated: the homogeneity of heat distribution in the autoclave chamber during sterilization ofinfusion fluids and the time required for the fluid to attain sterilizing temperature. The resultsindicated that after heating to 115℃ indicated by the thermometer equipped on the autoclaveand maintaining it for 5 min, the temperature in the autoclave chamber was mostly 113.5℃except 113.9℃near the steam inlet and 113.2℃near the air outlet. The time required for thefluid to attain the sterilizing temperature increased with increasing the volume of the fluid inbottle and was related to the type of the autoclave chamber.After the temperature in theautoclave chamber had reached 115℃,the time required for the fluid in bottle to attain 115℃was 10 min in double-layer chamber and 12 min in single-layer chamber.When the volumeof fluid in bottle was 100,250 and 500 ml,the time required for sterilization was 7,9 and 10min respectively in double-layer chamber and 8,10 and 12 min respectively in single-layerchamber.
