食用菌制种用A型消毒剂的研究

摘　　要：以洗必泰－碘络合物为主要成分配制的Ａ型消毒剂对空气中的霉菌有良好杀灭作用。在食用菌菌种接种室（２５℃、相对湿度８９％～９０％）内，喷以２０ｍｇ／ｍ￣３该消毒剂，作用１０分钟可杀灭空气中自然霉菌９７．２９％。其消毒效果随剂量增加，温度上升而提高。用于空气消毒时，最佳相对湿度为７０～７３％。The type A Disinfectant used in inoculation of edible fungi was prepared withchlorhexidine-iodine complex,potentiating agent and stabilizer.Its moldcidal efficacy wastested. In the aerosol disinfection test chamber(1m￣3),spraying 17 mg/m￣3 of the disinfect-ant aerosol could completely kill Penicillium albicans in air after exposure for 15 min at tem-perature of 26℃ and relative humidity of 70%～73% and could kill 99.94% of Aspergillusniger after exposure for 20 min. In the inoculation laboratory(16m￣3)of the edible fungi,spraying 20 mg/m￣3 of the disinfectant into the air could kill 97.29% of the natural molds inair after exposure for 10 min at temperature of25℃ and relative humidity of 89%～90%.Within the dosage range tested,the killing rate of Aspergillus niger increased with in-creasing dosage of the disinfectant, prolonging exposure time and increasing temperature. Thekilling rate at reiative humidity of 83 %～84% was lower than that at relative humidity of70～ 73%.The minimal concentrations of the disinfectant for inhibiting Trichoderma viride,Neurospora spp.,Aspergillus niger and Penicilliunm albicans were 8～16 μg/ml which were farlower than those of formaldehyde(126～1024μg/ml)and lysol solution(512～1024μg/ml).
